Letter from the Secretary-General
Respected Institution,
The realm of debating and MUNs is an ever-evolving and dynamic space, and it is with great honour and pleasure that we present to you the third edition of BCP Tipu-Sultan Campus Model United Nations, BTCMUN’24, now happening in winter.
As the Head of our Debating Society and Student Council and part of the MUN circuit for several years, it has been a personal ambition of mine to deliver an even better and more exhilarating experience to the participants of this circuit. Building on the success of last two years’ pilot iterations of our signature event, BTCMUN’22 and BTCMUN’23, we are determined to make this year’s edition an even greater success and a benchmark for MUN conferences to come.
The previous installments initiated a profound legacy at Beaconhouse Tipu Sultan Campus, one that we aim to continue for many years to come. With the incredible aid and support of the MUN community, we are confident that this year’s conference will be even more impactful and enjoyable than the previous one.
Throughout the years, our debating society has consistently demonstrated an unparalleled level of excellence at numerous Model United Nations hosted within the Twin Cities. As we prepare to host the highly-anticipated BTCMUN’24, our dedicated and hardworking team, in close partnership with distinguished dais members from across the region, is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring an experience of the highest quality.
Ultimately however, BTCMUN’24 is much more than just a learning experience, as delegates forge connections and maintain social responsibilities that may last a lifetime. Our entire team works tirelessly each year to ensure that delegates are given ample room to explore a wide range of committees, from General Assemblies, to Specialised Agencies, Regional Bodies, and Economic and Social Councils, all allowing delegates the opportunity to find a committee that best suits their interests and passions.
As Secretary-General of the BCP Tipu-Sultan Campus Model UN’24, I, Faizan Ahmed, would like to extend to you the warmest hand of invitation to join us in this conference. We look forward to hosting you and creating an unforgettable experience that will be a part of our legacy, as a circuit, for years to come.
